The yearbook
for the 2015-2016 school year is already underway! We need your help in making
your Senior Section look great.
Please turn in the following items to my TYPED ONLY by Friday, October 16, 2015.
� Full Name (First, Middle, and Last)
� Activity Directory:
List the
school year you entered JMA (for example 2000-2001), and list all of your high
school activities/accomplishments and the year(s) applicable up to this
point. Don�t forget to list things
such as Club/Class offices held, Homecoming Court, etc. You may certainly list activities from
other schools if you entered JMA during high school.
� Quote: This can be from
a song, book, movie, or wherever you want.
Make sure that you cite your quote or write �unknown.� You can submit a quote of any length,
but we may have to ask you to shorten it when we set up the pages.
� Photographs: Senior pictures are due on Friday, October 16,
2015 so you need to
make an appointment with a photographer if you haven�t already. There are NO exceptions to this deadline!! It does not matter who your
photographer is, but you will need to turn in one casual and one formal
pose. These must be turned in or a
jump drive or emailed in jpeg format to [email protected].

anything turned in late will make it into the yearbook!
